What everybody here agrees to.

Signed once by anybody putting something out and anybody claiming something. It is short because an agreement nobody reads is a liability shield, and this is meant to be the actual basis on which a stranger hands you their money in a parking lot.

It also carries the list of what does not go on the table. That part is not a matter of taste: a swap meet where somebody sells a recalled crib is a swap meet that hurt a baby.
